iPhones are insanely expensive in Russia, cheapest in the U.S.

A new and fascinating report on global consumer pricing was released by Deutsche Bank today. We found this table particularly interesting – it shows how much the most recent iPhone costs around the world (note: while the report states the 2013 figure ‘pertains to the iPhone 5S’ we’ll assume they mean the iPhone 5… since there is no iPhone 5S yet):
