Steve Sosnick, Interactive Brokers’ chief strategist, thinks it’s reasonable for investors to consider going to cash in the current market environment.
It’s not clear that investors are getting compensated for risk, according to Sosnick. Nor are market valuations particularly attractive.
And when you have cash, you have options. You can decide when to deploy capital for new opportunities.
