Michael Lewis is the best business writer alive today. His first book was “Liar’s Poker” in 1989, a gripping account of his experience working on Wall Street. Lewis more recently penned “The Big Short,” a must-read on the 2008 financial crisis. Between these two, in 2003, Lewis wrote a book about the economics of baseball entitled “Moneyball.” An adaptation of that one, starring Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill, is soon to hit the big screen in as a feature film.
