Fairfax Global Markets is a Virginia-based registered investment adviser. Paul Dietrich, an international corporate attorney who has has been an adviser on economic development issues to the World Bank, and to governments in Asia, Eastern Europe, and the former Soviet Union, founded Fairfax Global in 2012.
Paul has a B.A. in Philosophy from Webster University and a J.D. from the University of Missouri/Northern Virginia Law School. Paul makes frequent appearances on CNBC, CNN, Fox Business News and Bloomberg TV and has been a contributor to the editorial pages of the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post. He served as publisher and editor of Saturday Review, one of the oldest cultural magazines in the U.S., and was was editor of both the Reuters Emerging Markets Guide and the Reuters Asian Stock Sourcebook. A former member of the Advisory Board to the John Templeton Foundation, Paul is the Editor of the award winning book, A Guide to American Foreign Policy, and the author of, Global Active Investing: How To Make Money In Both Bull & Bear Markets. Prior to founding Fairfax Global, Paul was CEO of Foxhall Capital.
