Inflation is tame and the Fed should hold off on more rate hikes
The S&P 500 is not often down for five consecutive weeks, so one has to think this might be the week the market attempts a rebound. There’s a good chance of a bounce, but whether it happens is another question.
Stocks continued to ride the hopeful sentiment of a ceasefire at the start of last week, with all three averages advancing. The S&P 500 has recouped all its losses since the start of the war.
