Over the last few days, spreads on Portuguese debt have blown out to record levels, as the Euro debt contagion continues to spread.

The top performing ETF on the entire list was the 20-Year+ Treasury ETF (TLT) with a gain of 28.82% in 2011.

This strategy has outperformed the rest of the Dow by about 15% in 2011.
